Adrian enjoys coming alongside leaders to envision the future and build the pathways to get there. He has assisted non-profits, churches and faith-based ministries of various sizes, with annual budgets ranging from $400,000 to $35 million. During Adrian’s time at Grace Community, the church tripled in size, expanding from one location to 10 locations, with exponential multiplication of revenue and personnel.

Leadership Development
Adrian’s track record reveals his passion for developing leaders. He has traveled widely to study leadership development systems, both stateside and overseas. Adrian has architected leadership pathways and experiences for participants who are now leading in many states and nations. This includes nine years working with hundreds of cadets and officers of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Adrian is completing his doctoral dissertation on leadership development in rapidly-growing, faith-based environments.
